Our
panels are made out of two Aluminium skins, which are precoated
and thermally bonded to each side of non-toxic polyethylene
core. Adhesion achieved by combination of chemical and
mechanical actions, thereby providing exception resistance to
delamination.
The outer Aluminium skin is precoated with PVDF 70/30
(Polyvinylidene fluoride) coating, which is the most advance
coating used in building sector because of its excellent
stability over the time in all respect. Where as the inner
aluminum skin is precoated with a service coat to protect the
inner skin from either alkali attack from cement or galvanic
corrosion from steel. |

Grade Cement (OPC 43 Grade)
- This Cement is the most commonly used cement in all
constructions including plain and reinforced cement
concrete, brick and stone masonry, floors and plastering. It
is also used in the finishing of all types of buildings,
bridges, culverts, roads, water retaining structures, etc.
- What is more, it surpasses BIS Specifications (IS
8112-1989 for 43 grade OPC) on compressive strength levels.

53 Grade Cement
- This is an Ordinary Portland cement which surpasses the
requirements of IS: 12269-53 Grade. It is produced from high
quality clinker ground with high purity gypsum.
- 53 Grade OPC provides high strength and durability to
structures because of its optimum particle size
distribution, superior crystalline structure and balanced
phase composition.
It is available in specially designed 50-kg bags.
53 Grade O.P.C. with superior compressive strength is ideal
for:

53 Blended Cement
Cement 53 (blended) has a minimum guaranteed strength of 53
MPa, and is used for critical applications that require the
maximum level of strength and durability.

White Portland cement
White Portland cement or white ordinary Portland cement (WOPC)
is similar to ordinary, gray Portland cement in all respects
except for its high degree of whiteness. No wonder White cement
is the no. 1 choice for the manufacture of decorative waterproof
paints, Mosaic tiles and Terrazzo flooring. It is also widely
used for innovative applications, like smooth plaster, textured
plaster, exposed aggregate plaster, ceilings, hollow blocks

Features
Our Iron Bars are made from pure steel, with the most advanced
TMT technology Superior Rib Pattern: superior and uniform rib
pattern with greater depth and closer rib spacing which is made
with computer controlled CNC grade machine. This ensures better
bonding of steel with concrete.
Pure Steel: Iron Bars are made with pure steel. Fe 415
and Fe 500 are IS: 1786 certified. 100% processed through
primary steel making route, its carbon level is very low.
Moreover, impurities like sulphur and phosphorus are not
present.
Bend ability: The tough outer surface and the soft core
make the rebar bendable and ideal for construction.
Weld ability: Low carbon content which gives it superior
weld ability. Also, no pre warming and post welding is required
in manual arc welding. Corrosion Resistant: There is no
torsional residual stress in the rebar as it is made with TMT
technology. Its composite and uniform microstructure makes it
corrosion resistant even when embedded in concrete.
Earthquake Resistant : Strength and ductility exceeds
the minimum level specified by IS: 1786 standards. While normal
yield strength specifies 415N / mm2 . Our Bars has a yield
strength of 450/mm2 which ensures stronger homes

Coarse Putty levels the wall surface.

Textured wall finish

The RF variety is the Spray Roller Finish and is ideal for

Waterproofing Compounds
Polyurethane coating
Two pack polyurethane coating having applications in different
fields. The coating formed on curing is hard and as well
flexible providing very good adhesion to the substrate. The
coating has excellent adhesion to various substrates viz.
concrete, metal, paper, wood, textile, leather etc. The product
finds applications as a primer for various coatings like
polyurethane, epoxy, acrylic, etc.

Acrylic emulsion
This is a specifically formulated acrylic emulsion to be used
with cement/ cement mixtures to provide waterproofing to the
structures. This improves the performance of cement in plasters,
mortar, concrete etc. in terms of water proofing, repair,
bonding, setting etc.
This product is used as cementitious coating for roofs,
terraces and walls. The product is applied as a coating.

Water based acrylic coating
Water based acrylic coating is for water proofing of
structures. By proper application (0.6-0.8 mm thickness) on a
neatly prepared primed surface provides perfect water proofing
for roofs, terraces, walls etc. The application technique is
comparatively easy and can be applied on moist surfaces also.
The product is in the form of a smooth thixotropic paste
allowing a good application properties and higher thickness in
few coats. The coating has good adhesion to the concrete. The
inherent elastic property in conjugation with the strength makes
the coating to bear the expansion and contraction forces of the
concrete. The coating is Water Vapour Permeable i.e.
only water vapours allowed to pass through it whereas, water is
completely prohibited. The UV resistance and weather ability
adds to make this product a perfect waterproofing which lasts
for long.
Application
Any cracks, pot holes, joints should be properly sealed with
waterproofing compounds or by a mixture of cement and
waterproofing compounds. Clean all foreign matters such as dirt,
dust, grease, algae/fungi etc. wash thoroughly with water and
allow surface to dry completely. Apply primer coat by brush or
roller. Allow to set primer for 30 60 minutes (primed
surface should be tacky). Allow each coat to dry for minimum 30
- 60 minutes depending on the atmospheric conditions. Apply 3
4 coats to achieve coating thickness of 0.6 0.8 mm.
