Production of float glass involves the pouring of molten glass from a furnace onto a large shallow bath of molten tin. The glass floats on the molten tin, spreading out and forming level, parallel surfaces with the thickness controlled by the speed at which the solidifying glass is drawn off the tin bath. The glass then travels through an annealing where the cooling processes continues under controlled conditions and emerges as one long continuous ribbon after which it is then cut to suit customer requirements.

Our clear float glass is colorless and transparent thereby providing a high degree of visible light transmittance.

The tint is created into the glass by adding metallic oxides in raw material and restricts certain amount of light to carry heat with it.

The development of solar control glass initiated with body-tinted glass, and then to hard coated reflective glass, followed by advancement in soft-coated reflective glass and lately the low-E reflective glass.

It can be converted into safety glass by tempering and laminating process and can be processed into reflective, Low-E, insulated & Ceramic Frit.

Tinted glass offers you low-cost solar control. Tinted glass blocks up to 80% of the sun's harmful rays, greatly reducing fading to carpets, draperies, upholstery and artwork. A: Pyrolitic solar reflective glass (hard coat/on line coat).

Pyrolitic solar reflective glass produced by deposit of chemical vapors on the glass surface on a high temperature on the float glass production line. Eliminates 80% of the UV rays, has a light transmission of 27% and reflects about 36% of the heat.

Characteristics:

Can not see through inside from out side in the shine day.
Effectively controls the solar energy transmission evidently.
The coating hardened by pryolysis, allows the coated glass to be glazed with the coated surface facing towards the inside or outside of the building.
It can withstand further processing at higher temperatures such as bending, heat strengthening and tempering without impairment and combination with other glass to process insulating glass, laminated glass.
Lessen the transmission of ultraviolet.

B: Magnetic solar reflective glass(soft coat/off line coat).
Magnetically solar reflective glass is achieved through coating one or more layers of metal or compound thin film on the float glass by way of vacuum magnetron sputtering off line. The major function of the film is to control the reflection, transmission and absorption of direct solar radiation at desirable ratio, and produce the needed reflective colors.

Normally it cannot withstand further processing at higher temperatures such as bending, heat strengthening and tempering but there are exceptions, some special treated soft coating glass could be re-processed.
Rejects about 95% of the transmission of ultraviolet ray, considered harmful to interior colors & furnishings.
Reflect high amount of heat compared to pyrolitic glass.

Patterned glass is also called as rolled glass or figured glass. It is a kind of Decorative translucent flat glass with embossed patterns on both surfaces. Patterns: nashiji, moran, may flower, mistlite, diamond, rain, undersea Paradise, kasumi, karatachi, moran, golden fish, aqualite, morgon, rain, Chinchilla and many more patterns

A: Silver Mirror
Silver mirror is made through a chemical sedimentation process. A sheet of specially treated silver is coated on quality float glass, followed by a sheet of copper, and finished with two layers of paint for chemical and physical protection

The image is true to nature, without deformation and distortion
The reflecting rate of visible light is over 90%, Real high fidelity imaging.
The mirror is not easy to be oxidized both in the center and on the edges, the advantage of resistance to corrosion and humidity offer a product life three times longer than conventional aluminum mirror.
The mirror can be made into safety mirror through sticking special PE film in the backside (both CATI and CATII are available).
Suitable for deep processing, can be cut to any size and any shape, edgeworks including bevel, flat polish, pencil polish are available, can be made into beautiful decorative mirror (like beveled mirror and polished edge mirror etc).

B: Aluminum Mirrors
Economical cost products available with very thin glass and clear as well as tinted various colors such like blue, green, golden, bronze etc.

Glass block is featured as sound control, heat insulation, and resistance to wear and tear, also the fire can be protected, it has good performance to transmit the light but can not be looked through from outside. They welcome light and sunshine, while exclude noise and other intruders.

Laminated glass is produced by adding PVB between the glass layers and then heating in high pressure. The compositions could be: 1 or 2 tinted float glass with clear PVB or clear float glass with tinted PVB or float and patterned glass or 2 extra-clear float glass panels assembled with a transparent PVB, the absence of color, compared to normal clear float which is slightly greenish, does not alter the sight and colors behind the glass are not modified, ideal for show-window, as it also combines safety and aesthetic

Tempered Glass and Heat Strengthened Glass is obtained by heating the annealed glass to the softening point in a horizontal tempering stove and then quickly cooling down, on the glass surface, the powerful pressure stress is applied thus the mechanical strength is significantly increased.

Characteristics:

Safety: when broken, it splits into tiny harmless granule.
Strong intensity. Heat-strengthened glass is approx. Twice as strong as annealed glass of the same thickness, and tempered glass is about 4 to 5 times stronger
Thermal stability: the max. Thermal shock is up to 300C.

Insulating glass is composed of two or more sheets of glass that are separated with aluminum frames fully filled with desiccant and the sides are sealed with high-strength sealant.

Various effects can be achieved through different combinations such as with clear glass, tinted glass, reflective glass, tempered glass or laminated glass etc.
